The Process

Site Visit

Once contact has been made one of our team will go to the venue to conduct a site visit (If necessary). This ensure we can assess the site for any special requirements like power and access. This ensures set up will go smoothly on the day/weekend.

Computer Generated Mock Ups

After the site visit is completed and we have a clear picture of your requirements we will design a render (computer image) of the set up. This helps you see exactly how the venue will look and feel. Any changes can then be made before the event takes place.

Delivery

Now everything is in place and we've had sign off on the designs set up and can take place. With all the prior planning taken care of, set up runs smoothly and the event happens without any surprises.
